Delete your Nanhaa account

This page explains how to delete the account you created in the Nanhaa app or on nanhaa.store.

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Sign in and open Account → Privacy.
  2. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Option 2 — By email

Email hello@nanhaa.store from your registered email with subject “Account deletion request”. We complete it within 7 days.

If you have an active order

You can still request deletion. We record your request, finish the active order, cash collection or refund, and then delete your account within 30 days. The Privacy page shows your request status.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, phone), saved addresses, bag, wishlist, stock alerts, notifications and sign-in access.

What is kept

Order and refund records are kept in anonymized form (not linked to your name or contact) as required by Indian tax and accounting laws. Active orders, pending cash collection, returns or refunds must be completed first.
